THAT ONE SCENE-SOONER... OR LADDER

Ever heard of the first film that James Gunn(director of Guardians Of The Galaxy) worked on? No? Well I'm about to show you the best scene from it, trust me when I say this, it may be the most insane death scene you'll witness for a good long while.

INSIDE OUT-SPOILERS, DIFFERENCES, PLUS LAVA REVIEW

So I finally got to see Inside Out again, if you recall I saw a test screening version well now it's out so here's what's changed. Oh, and SPOILERS!

DID PIXAR LOSE THEIR TOUCH?

Anyone who's already seen Inside Out already knows the answer is a definite NO. A few years ago Pixar released a sequel to Cars, Cars 2 was viewed as the film that ruined Pixar's streak, resulting in a slew of articles claiming the studio had lost it, as if they wouldn't produce another good film for years. The conversation was repeated after their following films failed to wow critics, which led to many hoping that their most recent film would bring the studio's quality back, it seems the expectations have been met, but I still would argue that the studio never really lost it, it just didn't produce the masterpieces it had been able to do for four films straight (Ratatouille to Toy Story 3) which led to disappointment from fans.

AN HD REMAKE WAS THE MOST EXCITING THING AT E3?

Okay let me get this out of the way, I honestly don't care about this game, like at all, I'm not a Final Fantasy fan, nor do I really think a remake will live up to expectations, that being said, if you want this, buy it. I'm not stopping anyone from enjoying it, nor do I think this game will bomb, in fact sales will be at high (which isn't saying much when you realize this generation really hasn't made great sales) but the truth is, the fact that this seems to be the game that wowed most people more then anything else this E3 says a lot, unfortunately very little of it is good.

IS SUPERHERO FATIGUE REAL?

Superman, Batman, Iron Man, Movie Man, a bunch of guys with "man" in their names,  haven't we gotten tired of it? I ask because it seems like many film critics, actors, or even filmmakers seem to be assuming it's coming, the collapse of the superhero movie, yet people still go to watch superhero films, superhero films aren't even as common as other genre films, and on top of all that, they disregard the good that's come out, in favor of whining that "great" films can't succeed/get made because studios don't demand that, despite being great HAS never guaranteed success/being green-lit. The question or assumption that superhero fatigue is approaching shouldn't be on these peoples minds, what should be on their minds is asking why superheroes continue being popular.
